The EMS solution consists of several AVEVA and non-AVEVA products. This chapter describes the individual components and the way they interact. It also explains what is meant by 'predefined' and how this should be interpreted.
Architecture
The predefined EMS solution handles the data flow and transformation from the AVEVA Insight component to the Tableau or PowerBI dashboards. The architecture overview in the image below describes the full data flow from (on-premise) devices to dashboards in the cloud, including end-user interaction with the different systems in the cloud.
