This privacy policy applies to Analytics For Industry (which is a brand of AVEVA Select Benelux), which are part of the Eight Lakes group. The Eight Lakes group is an umbrella name for a group of companies that run their business based on their legal position in their own country or their own market circumstances, for example. To prevent any misuse, we may ask that you adequately identify yourself by submitting your personal data in order to allow us to identify you in our systems, also in case of visual material. The customer is entitled to inspect his or her own personal data at reasonable intervals. The customer can also always ask for his or her own personal data to be adjusted should they be incorrect or incomplete.

The customer is entitled to rely on receiving the personal data he or she provided to the Eight Lakes group. If these data contain any personal data of other data subjects, these data will be excluded from transfer. It is not possible to add any anonymised data to this.

Right to object
The customer can object to such collection of his or her personal data afterwards as well. In that case, Analytics For Industry will immediately stop collecting the data and delete them. Without these data, however, it will not be possible to identify the customer on the website. For these reasons, the login account, too, will expire if the personal data are deleted.
